Diagnosis of Allergic Diseases

Abstract
|
|
|
In allergic diseases, careful history is the most important method of arriving at a correct diagnosis. But, exact allergy diagnosis is often a combination of the case history and the different test method.
We classified many kinds of allergic tests into 3 categories for the purpose of diagnosis;
1. Tests for determine offending allergen
2. Tests for status of allergic diseases and general management of allergic patients
3. Pulmonary function tests for correct diagnosis of bronchial asthma and evaluation of bronchial reactivity
